Brick City Capital in Newark, NJ seeks a Senior Account Executive/Loan Officer to manage a high-volume pipeline of real estate investors and brokers. You will own the full sales cycle from discovery through underwriting to closing, working with Ops, Credit, and Marketing to move viable files quickly.

The role offers a base salary with aggressive variable compensation, targeting $300k–$500k+ OTE for top performers, with initial in-office training in Newark and flexible hybrid work thereafter.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in private/non-QM/DSCR/investor lending.
• Documented track record of funded volume and production.
• Expertise in DSCR loan structuring and portfolio management.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, leadership and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a high-volume pipeline of real estate investors and brokers.
• Lead and own the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Collaborate with Ops, Credit, and Marketing to move files quickly.
• Educate partners on DSCR, bank statements, DSCR seconds, and non-QM products.
• Hit monthly funded volume and revenue targets.
• Maintain precise updates in Salesforce for forecasting and execution.
• Represent Brick City Capital at industry events and broker meetings.
