Qualifications

J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.

Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Experience with retail, mixed-use, or commercial leasing preferred.
Ability to balance legal analysis with business objectives.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
