Job summary

Qualifications

• J.D. and active bar membership in good standing.
• 6+ years of commercial real estate leasing experience.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience with retail, mixed-use, or commercial leasing preferred.
• Ability to balance legal analysis with business objectives.
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
• Law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
