Job summary

Compass is seeking a strategic Senior Manager of Real Estate Lease Administration to oversee ~2,000 locations nationwide and lead an offshore team. You will manage rent rolls, reconciliations, and audits while ensuring data accuracy and compliance with Compass standards.

Ideal candidates have 8–10 years of US lease experience, Costar familiarity, and strong MS Office/Google skills. Office-based role in NYC with NJ option, and a focus on KPIs.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with United States lease practices, terms and conditions.
• Costar experience is a plus.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google products; strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly rent roll preparation in accordance with lease provisions.
• Evaluate operating expense and tax reconciliations for the portfolio.
• Communicate with landlords regarding lease payments and charges.
• Prepare reports of findings and ensure accurate credits and charges.
• Oversee CAM reconciliations for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Create training procedures for operating expense reconciliation and tenant recovery.
