AEP is seeking a Real Estate Lead for PSO in Tulsa to provide advanced leadership for real estate activities, initiatives, and day-to-day execution. You will coordinate priorities across teams and translate goals into actionable plans while supporting consistency, service quality, and risk management.

You will lead complex assignments, mentor staff, support budgeting and process improvements, and communicate priorities to management and partners.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, project management, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience.
• Eight (8) or more years of related experience in real estate, property management, records, transactions, project coordination, or related business support functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate complex real estate work assignments, priorities, and deliverables across assigned functional areas or portfolios.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for escalated issues, stakeholder requests, and cross-functional coordination.
• Provide guidance, training, and work direction to team members and contract resources to support quality and timeliness.
• Support development and consistent application of processes, standards, controls, and reporting.
• Monitor workload, performance trends, and risks and recommend solutions to improve service, efficiency, and compliance.
• Support planning, budgeting, and execution of strategic or operational initiatives within the real estate function.
• Communicate functional priorities, status, and issues to management and business partners.
