Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, business, or related analytical field.
• 2–4+ years in real estate investments, acquisitions, asset management, investment banking or related finance role.
• Strong financial modeling skills including DCF, returns metrics, debt/equity structures, scenario analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite and support real estate investments with advanced financial models and analyses.
• Evaluate transactions by synthesizing asset performance, market fundamentals, and risk factors.
• Build and audit complex Excel-based models with high accuracy and rigor.
• Support acquisition/disposition processes from screening to closing and diligence.
• Prepare Investment Committee materials and executive presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Translate financial analysis into clear, actionable recommendations for decision-making.
