• Produce sophisticated analyses to support investment decisions using AI tools.
• Conduct market research and data analysis with Python, Excel, AI datasets, and large language models.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and build analytical applications.
• Partner with technology and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities and data platforms into investment workflows.
• Develop Investment Committee materials to frame and support investment decisions.
• Attend on-site property tours to refine key assumptions.
• Lead due diligence and deal execution workstreams.
• Assist with legal negotiations and related due diligence.
