Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, accounting, or related field.
- 2–4+ years of real estate investments, acquisitions, asset management, or related finance roles.
- Advanced financial modeling including DCF, returns metrics, debt/equity structures, and scenario analysis.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support real estate investment underwriting and modeling.
- Evaluate transactions by asset-level performance, market dynamics, and risk factors.
- Prepare Investment Committee materials and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Manage multiple live deal workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
