Job summary

Public Storage is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support planning, forecasting, and asset management analytics across non-same-store, JV, commercial, and third-party portfolios. Daily Workday Adaptive Planning use, modeling, and reporting are core parts of the role.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years in real estate FP&A, strong Excel modeling skills, and the ability to clearly explain results to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years real estate FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Advanced Excel modeling with multi-sheet consolidation and scenarios.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to distill complex models for executives.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines across planning cycles.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a power user of Workday Adaptive Planning for forecasts and planning cycles.
• Build and maintain WDAP models and reporting packages; reconcile outputs.
• Prepare property- and portfolio-level budgets and forecasts.
• Provide JV, commercial, and managed property forecasting support.
• Produce recurring and ad hoc reporting for senior leadership and JV partners.
