Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques with strong analytics.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, and ERP systems.
• Strong Excel skills and dashboard/report development with Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support operations and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and reporting across multiple levels.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights to field leaders.
• Collaborate with departments to improve financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs for stores and the organization.
• Prepare monthly financial and operational reports.
• Support budgeting and variance reporting for regions and divisions.
