High Country Search Group partners with a growing real estate organization to add a Senior Financial Analyst to its Corporate Finance team in Denver. This role suits someone with 3–5 years of FP&A in real estate or private equity seeking broader exposure to strategy, portfolio performance, forecasting, and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience within real estate or private equity.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with three-statement financial modeling.
• Understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, NPV, equity multiples).
• Strong communication skills for presenting to senior leadership.
• CPA, CFA, or advanced degree is a plus.
• Yardi or similar enterprise performance systems experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain financial models for corporate and portfolio decisions.
• Perform cash flow analysis, earnings forecasts, and three-statement modeling.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Analyze IRR, NPV, equity multiples, and investment returns.
• Monitor KPIs and identify opportunities and risks in portfolios.
• Support operating budgets and real estate pro forma analyses.
• Monitor debt covenant compliance.
• Prepare executive and investor-level presentations and reports.
• Collaborate with leaders to communicate financial opportunities and challenges.
• Improve reporting and analytics using Yardi and other financial systems.
