Job summary

High Country Search Group is seeking a finance professional in the Denver area to own and streamline board, lender, and master operational reporting. You will work directly with the CFO and VP of Financial Reporting & Analysis to deliver accurate, timely reporting and executive-ready narratives.

The role offers exposure to private equity sponsors and fast growth, with opportunities to shape data strategy across FP&A, Treasury, and accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Must have a finance/accounting foundation with strong modeling and data manipulation skills.
• Proven ability to build board- and lender-ready presentations from raw data.
• Experience with BI tools and dashboards for senior leadership reporting.

Responsibilities

• Board reporting: own preparation and packaging for the board with CFO/VP inputs.
• Lender reporting: oversee recurring lender reporting and data coordination.
• Master operational reporting: design and maintain KPIs and dashboards as single source of truth.
• Executive & sponsor presentations: produce recurring and ad hoc materials for executives and sponsors.
• BI & data tools: create/refine dashboards using Tableau/Power BI and related tools.
• Cross-functional: partner with FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, and regional finance leaders.
• M&A & sponsor support: support reporting during diligence and portfolio cadence.
• Process improvement: enhance reporting templates, controls, and speed.
