Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance, real estate, paralegal or managing contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP platform.
• Audit and internal controls background is a plus.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to solve problems and make recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Track site occupancy and monitor square footage allocation.
• Prepare Tax amortization and related accounting reports.
• Analyze vendor billing against payment.
• Review receivable aging, apply tenant payments and monitor collection.
