Job summary

BGRE, a premier global real estate partner, seeks a Senior Manager, Finance to lead the regional FP&A team for North America Office portfolio in New York. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, valuation, and investment performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years in FP&A with leadership experience, strong financial modeling, and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and Yardi Voyage; MBA or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 1-2 years managing a team.
• Experience working in commercial office real estate.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to present complex financial information to senior executives and non‑financial stakeholders.
• Experience with financial systems such as Yardi Voyage.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a small team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a regional FP&A team of 1-3 employees delivering financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning, including DCF and valuation projections.
• Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support planning and scenario analysis.
• Oversee monthly/quarterly IFRS forecasting.
• Oversee quarterly leasing forecast updates and expirations.
• Partner with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectives.
• Prepare and review financial presentations for upper management and investors.
• Drive improvements in financial systems, tools, and processes.
