Clark Davis Associates in New York City is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to join its growing real estate team. You will develop property and portfolio financial models, budgets, and forecasts to support investment and capital planning.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years of FP&A experience in the commercial real estate industry.
• Advanced Excel and Yardi experience.
• Knowledgeable with property management workflows.
• Strong understanding of real estate financial functions such as CAM, leasing structures, and cap rates.
