Qualifications

• 5+ years in residential real estate dispositions or asset management with sale outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams and external partners to execute dispositions.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, in real estate, business, marketing, or sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of home sale transactions including pricing, listing strategy, broker selection, and contract execution.
• Provide pipeline and transactional performance reporting to management and leadership.
• Improve workflows and reporting to support scalable, consistent execution as volume increases.
• Collaborate with operations, closings, accounting, brokerage, legal and title partners.
• Occasional travel to industry events to expand disposition channels.
