At Cedar Brook Properties, we are seeking a skilled Real Estate Disposition Asset Manager in the Dallas, TX area to join our dynamic, entrepreneurial team in a high-transaction-volume and client service environment. We are a large buyer of homes for renovation and resale nationwide. Our business model revitalizes existing residential properties to provide affordable, renovated homes for new homeowners. We convert advertising into buying single-family homes in any condition, as‑is, for cash from motivated sellers, while providing fast and friendly service.
In this role, you will drive the realization of value and liquidity in our residential real estate portfolio through effective pricing, marketing, negotiation and contract execution of company‑owned homes balancing speed, margin, and market risk. This role is the primary owner of sales performance for our home sales, coordinating closely with internal teams (project management, operations, accounting and transactions) and external partners (brokers, buyers and title companies) to execute the optimal sale plan for each home.
Success in this role requires strong market understanding, disciplined execution, data‑driven decision‑making, and the ability to manage multiple assets and timelines simultaneously. This position offers a base salary in the range of $85,000 to $105,000 with performance‑based annual bonus and medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off benefits. This role is hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days work at home out of our Addison, TX office.
