Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple active projects concurrently with urgency.
• Exceptional attention to detail with sound judgement and decision‑making ability.
• Comfort operating with accountability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be available to work full-time in-office at our Warren, Michigan headquarters
• Willingness to travel occasionally to sites across North America

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Lead and oversee Project Management team members.
• Serve as the primary point of accountability for project cost, schedule and execution strategy.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit bids, and make recommendations to executive leadership.
• Lead contract negotiations, subcontractor buyouts, and complex change management efforts.
• Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting with strong discipline.
• Direct and coordinate consultants, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Adapt execution strategies in response to changing scopes, schedules, and leadership priorities.
• Escalate and resolve complex issues requiring leadership judgement and decision‑making.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
