Crown Enterprises, LLC is seeking a driven Project Manager to lead multiple construction projects from design development through close-out on a North America–spanning portfolio. The role emphasizes hands-on execution, tight control of scope, schedule and budgets, and proactive risk management.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field, 3+ years of experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years of commercial or industrial construction project management experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Willingness to travel occasionally to North America.

Responsibilities

Manage multiple construction projects concurrently from planning through completion.
Coordinate design, entitlement, and consultant processes as prerequisites to construction.
Communicate regularly with consultants, municipalities, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare bid packages, solicit bids, and assist with contractor selection based on scope and pricing.
Prepare and manage project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align schedules, sequencing, and execution.
Adapt to changing project conditions, requirements and priorities.
Track day-to-day project progress, identify risks, and elevate issues proactively.
