The role requires leading a cross‑functional team across property management, engineering, and leasing, with a focus on NOI growth and market adaptability within Oklahoma City and surrounding markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of commensurate CRE experience with asset management and leasing.
• Demonstrated governance of joint ventures or strategic partnerships; operating‑agreement administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset management of the owned portfolio and drive leasing strategy to improve NOI.
• Complete delivery of active mixed‑use development, including hospitality/retail user selections.
• Oversee a mixed-use joint venture, including operating‑agreement administration and partner approvals.
• Advance planning for a nearby land holding for future residential components.
• Build and professionalize a third‑party platform spanning property management and leasing.
