Job description

Join a well-established real estate investment firm with more than two decades of experience investing across the Western U.S. The firm focuses on opportunistic real estate investments, including value-add repositioning and development across multifamily, industrial, and retail assets. We are seeking an experienced Director of Asset Management to take ownership of a growing multifamily portfolio and help drive investment performance from acquisition through disposition.

About the Role

This is a high-impact opportunity for an asset management professional who can independently own and manage asset-level performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong multifamily background and the experience and confidence to effectively direct third-party property managers, execute strategic business plans, oversee budgets and financial performance, and identify opportunities to improve property-level operations.

The role will have significant autonomy and visibility across the organization, with the opportunity to help establish processes and play an important role as the firm continues to grow its multifamily portfolio. Construction, renovation, and CapEx experience is a significant plus, but strong independent asset management experience is the primary requirement. The written role also includes responsibility for financial reporting, investor communications, and collaboration across acquisitions, accounting, and investor relations.
