Developing & executing business development plans to expand the company’s relationships.* Disciplined execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of acquisitions, dispositions, leasing strategies, and asset-level business plans- driving underwriting and due diligence, coordinating internal and third-party teams, negotiating terms, and ensuring timely, ROI-focused outcomes aligned with ownership objectives.**Education and License Requirements**Bachelor's degree in Business or similar required, MBA preferred.
