Agree Realty Corporation, headquartered in Royal Oak, MI, seeks a Director of Property Management to lead and develop the Property Management team, overseeing a select asset portfolio. This onsite role drives operational excellence, vendor management, budgeting, and tenant relations across the assigned region.

The position emphasizes mentoring, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality tenant service and portfolio performance.

Competenze

• 5+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
• Proven ability to lead, manage priorities, and drive results.

Mansioni

• Directly lead, coach, and develop Associate Property Managers and Senior Associate Property Managers.
• Own onboarding, performance management, development planning, and retention for the team.
• Set goals, KPIs, and ensure accountability for results.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to apply property management best practices.
• Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
• Serve as escalation point for complex tenant, vendor, lease, and property matters.
• Lead hiring efforts for Property Management roles and coordinate regional team meetings.
• Oversee portfolio activities including contracts, inspections, expenses, and capital projects.
• Review invoices within authority and manage tenant service quality and response times.
