Habitat for Humanity of Metro Denver is seeking a Real Estate Project Development Lead to drive pre-development for affordable homeownership across the Denver metro area. You will own a diverse portfolio, from infill to ADUs and larger communities, guiding projects from concept to construction.

The role requires solving complex challenges, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable community impact. A hybrid schedule with on-site and remote work is available in Denver, CO.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in development including finance, acquisitions, entitlements, community engagement, design, construction, and closeout.
• Experience in real estate financial analysis, land acquisition, or project analysis with a homebuilder, developer, or multi-family firm is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of project management experience; 3+ years preferred.
• Formal education in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering would be highly beneficial.

Aufgaben

• Lead all phases of real estate development from site acquisition through permitting.
• Assess development opportunities and determine feasibility and viability.
• Assemble and manage consultants, architects, engineers, and other development partners.
• Lead entitlement, permitting, public hearings, and approvals; navigate complex processes.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate across departments and software platforms.
