Qualifications

• Experience in real estate development, ideally affordable or multifamily housing, with a strong understanding of LIHTC, public financing, and the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead affordable housing development and preservation projects from feasibility and financing through construction and operations.
• Structure complex financing strategies, including LIHTC and public funding programs.
• Build and strengthen relationships with municipalities, lenders, investors, and community partners.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and external consultants.
• Provide strategic leadership while collaborating with an established leadership team.
