Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, urban planning, architecture, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of professional, hands‑on real estate experience with multi-family or mixed-use.
• Strong ability to analyze and present project details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of residential/multi-family and mixed-use projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and agencies to deliver projects.
• Lead entitlement processes, zoning, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
