LeoForce is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead complex financial modeling for multifamily development opportunities in the United States. You will build multi-year pro formas, analyze JV structures, and support capital markets activities.

This role focuses on portfolio performance monitoring, forecasting, and strategic decision-making, with opportunities to influence investment outcomes and drive value across projects.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas and multi-sheet models.
• Strong understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, real estate development, capital markets, or investment analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year pro formas for prospective opportunities, including cash flows and returns.
• Model multifamily development pro formas with costs, financing, and hold assumptions.
• Create JV structure analyses and co-investment scenarios for partnerships and negotiations.
• Model development fee accrual and revenue recognition aligned with milestones and contracts.
• Design dashboards and reports to track portfolio performance and pipeline.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis for the Property Development team.
