Job summary

You will oversee planning, accounting, reporting, risk management, and project-level performance while advising executive leadership on investment opportunities and capital structure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience.
• Direct experience in residential real estate development or related real estate environment.
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial leadership aligned with growth objectives.
• Serve as advisor to executive leadership on financial matters.
• Evaluate capital structures and financing strategies.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Manage accounting operations, close processes, and reporting.
• Lead debt financing, refinancing, and lender relationships.
• Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team.
