Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid- to senior-level associate to join its real estate practice in Boston. You will work on a wide range of commercial transactions with direct involvement in deal strategy and execution, and you will manage matters from start to finish in a collaborative team.

This role values ownership of work, exposure to varied asset types and ownership structures, and interaction with clients and opposing counsel.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and financing.
• Exposure to joint ventures, preferred equity, or similar ownership structures.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Support and lead deal execution, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transaction documents.
• Work on complex ownership structures, including joint ventures and equity arrangements.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, client communication, and issue resolution.
• Manage multiple matters simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Interact directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other deal participants.
