Job summary

Pennrose Management Company seeks an Associate Developer to participate in real estate development projects from inception through lease-up. You will support an in-house team of Developers, Senior Developers and Regional VPs, with exposure to financiers, architects, engineers and contractors.

The role requires strong financial skills, meticulous accuracy, and effective written and oral communication. Pay ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 per year plus bonus depending on experience.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Finance, Real Estate or related field required.
• Master’s degree or minimum 3 years experience required.
• Solid real-estate knowledge base.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Financial modeling to determine the economic feasibility of a project.
• Drafting, editing, assembling, and finalizing RFPs and RFQs.
• Participation in building strong public private partnerships.
• Working with municipalities to ensure good communication.
• Preparation of professional PowerPoint presentations for financiers, municipalities, and community constituents.
• Timely follow-up of land-development approval process.
• Coordination of legal matters as directed by the Team Leader.
• Coordination of architectural and engineering matters for proposed developments.
• Creation of realistic project schedules and budgets.
• Interfacing with contractors and other professionals to build proposed developments.
• In-depth involvement in coordinating the lease-up of completed developments.
