Job summary

You will manage portfolios totaling $1M–$1.5M in revenue and guide renewals, coverage reviews, and client communications for high-complexity, low-volume books.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Experience with mid-to-large premium accounts, real estate and development clients preferred.
• P&C license not required, but bonus if held.
• Bachelor's degree not required; assessments and interviews will occur.

Responsibilities

• Manage a focused book of 10–20 accounts totaling $1M–$1.5M in revenue.
• Oversee client portfolios with $750K–$1M average premium per account.
• Lead renewals, coverage reviews, and client communications for high-complexity, low-volume books.
• Serve as a technical resource and strategic partner to clients and producers.
• Navigate complex accounts within real estate, construction, and related sectors.
• Use Applied EPIC or similar systems to maintain accurate documentation.
