Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sr. Account Manager in Walnut Creek, CA. You will build strong client relationships, support producers with new and renewal business, and provide technical advice on coverage and exposure analysis for construction accounts.

The role requires 5–7 years in insurance account management, EPIC and MS Office proficiency, and a CA license. A competitive compensation package and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/education.
• Minimum 3 years in Property & Casualty and customer service.
• 5–7 years in an account management role in a insurance agency.
• Strong background with medium–large construction accounts and Builder's risk.
• Excellent rapport with underwriters and insureds; understanding of policies and claims procedures.
• California insurance license is essential; professional designations preferred (CIC/CISR/CPCU/ARM/CRM).

Responsibilities

• Builds strong client relationships to drive retention and confidence in services.
• Assist producers with new and renewal business; provide technical coverage advice and exposure analysis.
• Manage construction accounts and Builder's risk experience.
• Communicate policy details, coverages, forms, rating, and claims procedures clearly.
• Coordinate with underwriters and clients to maintain service excellence.
• Meet deadlines with strong analytical and organizational skills.
