You’ll assist with renewals, endorsements, certificates, and documentation, help prepare proposals and coverage comparisons, maintain records in Applied EPIC, and serve as a liaison between carriers, clients, and internal teams for timely service.

Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of experience in Commercial Lines insurance.
• Familiarity with Applied EPIC or similar agency management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A client-focused mindset with professional communication skills.
• Experience with real estate, construction, or related industries.
• Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree not required; training and mentorship are emphasized.

Responsibilities

• Support a team managing 10–20 middle to large market accounts in industries such as real estate, development, and construction.
• Assist with renewals, endorsements, certificates, and client documentation.
• Help prepare proposals, presentations, and coverage comparisons for Account Managers and Producers.
• Maintain accurate records in Applied EPIC or similar agency systems.
• Serve as a liaison between carriers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
• Participate in coverage reviews and help gather information for marketing and placement.
• Learn to identify coverage gaps, client needs, and opportunities for risk mitigation.
