Job summary
Berkadia is a leading commercial real estate firm. The Senior Real Estate Analyst will contribute to the Seniors Housing Debt Capital Markets team, applying CRE finance expertise to drive analytical initiatives and support client needs.
The role involves due diligence, property valuation, loan sizing, and guiding closings through key processes. The position requires experience in real estate transactions, strong analytical skills, and the ability to interact with senior leaders during loan
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
- 2-3 years of experience in commercial real estate debt capital markets, banking, private equity or equivalent role.
- Real estate in senior living preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze property, portfolio and company level financials to determine deal viability and terms of capital raise.
- Prepare offering materials with qualitative and quantitative rationale including market analysis and loan structuring.
- Answer due diligence questions from lenders and provide additional information as needed.
