Job summary

Berkadia is seeking a Sr Real Estate Analyst to contribute to the Seniors Housing Debt Capital Markets team. You will leverage real estate finance expertise to lead analytical initiatives, review financials, size loans, and assist in closings. Travel to industry events or property inspections may be required.

The role demands 2–3+ years in CRE debt markets, strong modeling and communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset to support senior leaders and clients across transactions.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate debt capital markets or equivalent.
• Senior living experience preferred but not required.
• Real estate broker license preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze property, portfolio and company-level financials to determine deal viability and terms.
• Prepare Offering Materials with qualitative and quantitative rationale for investment opportunities.
• Answer due diligence questions from lenders and provide requested information.
