Berkadia is seeking a Senior Real Estate Analyst for its Seniors Housing Debt Capital Markets team in the United States. You will lead analytical initiatives, conduct due diligence, and support transaction closings, leveraging CRE finance expertise to meet client needs.

This role involves reviewing property-level and portfolio financials, valuing assets, sizing loans, and maintaining market data. Travel to properties and investor meetings is expected.

Qualificações

• 2-3+ years of experience in commercial real estate debt capital markets or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret financials and structure loans.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; adept with MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Review financials and prepare materials supporting deal viability and terms.
• Prepare investor materials with market analysis and loan structuring data.
• Respond to lender due diligence questions and maintain market data databases.
• Model cash flows and analyze rent rolls and property financials.
• Interact with senior leaders and assist in marketing company services.
• Support closing processes and coordinate travel for site visits.
