Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in commercial real estate debt capital markets, banking, private equity or equivalent role.
• Experience in senior living preferred but not required.
• Real estate broker's license preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze property, portfolio and company level financials to determine deal viability and terms.
• Prepare Offering Materials with qualitative and quantitative rationale for investment opportunities.
• Answer due diligence questions from lenders and provide additional information as needed.
• Compile market research data and maintain databases for senior housing and real estate capital markets.
• Interact with senior leaders at borrower and investors throughout the loan submission and underwriting process.
• Assist Managing Directors in marketing company products and services.
• Review submissions to other lenders generated by in-house staff.
• Perform financial cashflow modeling and analysis of company financials and rent rolls.
• Complete property inspections as needed.
• Assist in closing transactions and travel for industry events or inspections.
• Other duties as assigned.
