Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a seasoned Real Estate professional to support the expansion of AWS’s Data Center Network in the U.S. You will lead negotiations, cultivate developer relationships, and coordinate with multiple teams to drive feasible, compliant site selections across the United States.

The role emphasizes strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration with legal, design engineering, and public policy teams, with some travel involved.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in large-scale site selection, real estate land acquisitions and lease negotiations.
• 5+ years experience performing the full range of land entitlement functions leveraging internal and external resources.
• 5+ years experience in site due diligence, site development, and negotiation of entitlement agreements for large complex projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Real Estate or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead deal engagement, negotiation and closing of real estate sites; this includes build to suit negotiations and land acquisition.
• Cultivate developer relationships
• Assist in developing site plans that deliver the best in class product
• Partner with developers and the local jurisdiction and participate in meetings and hearings
• Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to inform a regional real estate strategy
• Build and lead teams of vendors and consultants to evaluate site feasibility
• Some travel required
