Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in at least one state.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, contracts, and transactional matters.
• Ability to advise and partner with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including leases, amendments, estoppels, and purchase agreements.
• Provide counsel to Real Estate Department and field operations on real estate matters.
• Coordinate real estate due diligence in M&A transactions with outside counsel.
• Oversee title and survey reviews and resolve title issues in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Manage landlord-tenant disputes and real property issues, coordinating with outside counsel.

Juris Doctorate (J.D.)
