The successful candidate should have 5+ years of post-bar experience, a JD, and active bar admission, with strong negotiation and project management skills.

Formación

• 5+ years of post bar admission legal experience.
• Experience drafting and negotiating a variety of real estate transactional documents (leases, amendments, sale agreements, easements).
• Ability to provide clear legal counsel and contract interpretation to business teams.

Responsabilidades

• Support AWS data center expansion through land acquisitions, leases, zoning entitlement work and serviced licenses.
• Structure, draft and negotiate real estate agreements and leases; manage outside counsel.
• Advise internal business clients and develop process improvements within the legal team.
