Amazon is seeking a strategic, business-minded real estate attorney to support the development, expansion, and management of its North American logistics network.

The Associate Corporate Counsel will lead legal strategy on complex ground leases, build-to-suit agreements, and purchase and sale contracts, while advising on land use, zoning, and entitlements and managing outside counsel for environmental due diligence and lease negotiations.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) graduate and bar admission required.
• 3+ years of legal experience in real estate law, in private practice or in-house.

Responsabilités

• Lead legal strategy on complex commercial real estate transactions, including ground leases and build-to-suit agreements.
• Advise on land use, zoning and entitlements; manage outside counsel for environmental due diligence and lease negotiations.
• Support development, expansion and management of North American logistics network for Amazon.
