Qualifications

• BS in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
• 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of property accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Review and audit financial statements prepared by third-party property accountants.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Oversee audits, tax coordination, and lender reporting requirements.
• Lead and develop the accounting team.
• Partner with executives on financial strategy, acquisitions, and portfolio performance.
