Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including property and fund accounting.
• Experience managing accounting personnel and overseeing financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close across multiple entities.
• Review financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and operating results for leadership decisions.
• Coordinate audits, tax reporting support, investor reporting, and compliance activities.
• Partner with asset management and operational teams on budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
• Lead staff, improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and support special projects.
