Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements for real estate entities.
• Manage cash flow planning, investor reporting, capital activity tracking, and distributions.
• Collaborate with asset management on budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate audits and tax reporting support while maintaining accurate records.
• Lead and develop accounting staff and drive process improvements.
