Job summary

CBREController role leading real estate accounting teams to deliver accurate client reporting for CBRE portfolios and properties. You will implement compliant processes, manage multiple strategic accounts, and drive timely, high-quality financial deliverables.

Responsibilities include pricing scope changes, preparing estimates for new business, ensuring accurate PeopleSoft entries, and supervising staff while maintaining strong client relationships across markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or finance (four-year college).
• Minimum of 10 years experience including prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze pricing for scope changes and price additional services.
• Create pricing estimates for new opportunities; ensure monthly pricing allocations in PeopleSoft.
• Act as single point of contact for a market/Strategic Account Client.
• Supervise staff; plan staffing and utilization including overtime.
• Review documents and ensure timely, accurate delivery to clients.
