Blue Origin is seeking an attorney to join the Labor, Employment, Compensation & Benefits team within the Legal & Compliance department. You will provide strategic counsel on a broad range of employment issues, balancing business needs with risk mitigation while supporting multiple states.

Responsibilities include advising on compensation plans, benefits, EEOC/OFCCP issues, and coordinating with HR and outside counsel to scale policy across the company. U.S.

Qualifications

• J.D. and bar membership required with strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience combining law firm and in-house practice preferred.
• Proven ability to advise on compensation and benefits programs.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic counsel across labor, employment, compensation and benefits.
• Advise on labor strategy and compliant employer communications.
• Manage employment litigation matters and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Monitor regulatory developments and advise on implications for the business.
