Job summary

Wallick Communities, a 100% employee-owned company, seeks a Real Estate Senior Closing Manager in New Albany, Ohio to lead closings and due diligence for affordable and senior housing. You will draft agreements, manage multiple closings, and mentor staff within a collaborative Real Estate Development team.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in real estate closings, 3–5 years LIHTC experience, and proficiency with HUD/USDA loan applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or real estate preferred.
• 7+ years in real estate closings and 3–5 years LIHTC transactions.
• Experience drafting loan applications and related documents.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and track affordable and senior housing closings with Real Estate Development team.
• Oversee due diligence up to and including closing with lenders and equity providers.
• Draft and finalize organizational documents and purchase agreements.
• Mentor junior team members and support loan applications and compliance.
