Wallick Communities in New Albany, Ohio is seeking a Real Estate Development Associate to join a team focusing on development activities across our geographic regions.

The position involves site selection, feasibility analyses, application preparation, public approvals and due diligence, with travel to project sites as needed. Wallick is a 100% employee-owned company committed to affordable housing and strong community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in development, City and Regional /Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance or Business Development.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze and interpret reports with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assume a key role in the development process with a focus on site selection, site feasibility, application preparation, scoring analysis, public approvals, and development feasibility research.
• Understand the project timeline critical path and assist the Development Manager with timeline deliverables.
• Assist with due diligence in closing of projects.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
