Job summary

Wallick Communities in New Albany, Ohio seeks a Real Estate Development Associate to join a team focused on development activities across regions. You will help with site selection, feasibility analyses, and preparing applications for public approvals while supporting development timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in development or related field, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to analyze reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in development, City and Regional /Urban Planning, Public Administration, Finance or Business Development.
• Previous experience with components of real estate development is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to analyze and interpret reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site selection, site feasibility, application preparation, scoring analysis, public approvals and development feasibility research.
• Maintain understanding of critical path in project timelines and support adherence to milestones.
• Assist with due diligence in closing of projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
