Job summary

Westport One seeks a Senior Associate, Asset Management to drive portfolio performance and value creation across its real estate assets. You will own assigned assets, monitor performance against underwriting and business plans, and identify opportunities to improve operating and financial results.

You will analyze budgets, NOI, cash flow and variances, and collaborate with property management, brokerage, construction and accounting teams, while engaging with investors and lenders to shape

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or related field.
• Hands-on experience with underwriting, valuation and investment analysis.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills; ability to work with investors, lenders and partners.

Responsibilities

• Monitor performance against underwriting and business plans.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, NOI, cash flow and variances.
• Evaluate valuations, hold/sell considerations, refinancing opportunities and capital projects.
• Identify financial, operational and leasing issues impacting asset value and make actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Brokerage, Construction, Accounting and senior leadership; engage with external partners.
